Le Point Bleu acts as a management and strategy consultant for New Bulstart, supporting the company in its development. New Bulstart EOOD is the main shareholder of Rombul Bulgaria OOD, the master franchisee of Ulla Popken in Bulgaria.

Rombul operates two Ulla Popken stores located in two of the largest shopping centres in Sofia, as well as the official Ulla Popken Bulgaria online store, thus strengthening the brand's presence in Southeast Europe.
